| Shipping
We currently ship using the United States Postal Service. Items may be shipped by First Class, Parcel Post, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of your order. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of check-out, and you must choose the option you want at that time. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. If you require insurance, you may purchase it based on the value of your package. To add insurance to your package, please either make a note in the "Add Comments About Your Order" section located under the shipping costs during checkout or send us an email. We will get you an insurance quote as soon as possible. We are not responsible for uninsured items once they leave our store. Items are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of an order and payment. Occasionally life gets in the way and it may take an extra day. If there is a delay with your order for some reason, we will notify you.
If a package is sent to the incorrect address because of an error made by the customer, and the package must be re-routed, the customer will be charged the additional shipping charge.

Please note that Massachusetts residents will be charged 5% sales tax on non-clothing items.
Returns and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order for some reason, please let us know as soon as possible. If it has not shipped, your refund will be processed immediately. If your order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return.
Unwashed, unworn, unused items in their original packaging that are free from dirt and odors and that can be resold may be returned within 30 days from the shipment date. When we receive the item back, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus any shipping costs incurred. Please contact us before sending a return. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
Most of our items are covered under warranty from the manufacturer. If you feel that you are having a problem with an item that is the result of a defect in the item, please contact us so that we can help you to resolve the issue. |
